The fodder experiment is working so far. Day One’s batch is now three days old, and getting pretty aggressive on root sprouts.

However, Day Two’s batch is almost as anxious, and more so than Day One’s were on their second day. I’m attributing that, so far, to the difference in soaking time. The first batch soaked somewhere between 8 and 12 hours, I’m not sure. The second (and third batch) soaked for about 24 hours. Batch Four is still soaking.

All three purebred SF does were bred or bred back today, so there are Ides of March kits due, hopefully.
